Treatments follow an osteopathically informed approach; my goal is to restore mobility and functionality at all levels by addressing the body as a whole. I’m a problem solver who chases causes, not symptoms. Treatment includes detailed health history conversations, thorough assessments, and non-invasive techniques that complement your unique framework. I do not use oils or lotions. Payments can be made through direct billing to most providers, e-transfer, or cash. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This provides time to fill your vacancy or modify my existing schedule. If you cancel within 24 hours or “no show” for your appointment more than once, you will be charged 100% of your treatment fee. Charges may also be applied to those who repeatedly cancel within 48 hours of treatment, at the discretion of the therapist.

To comply with the Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 recommendations, all precautions are in place to minimize the risk of viral transmission. If you are feeling unwell or at risk, please cancel your appointment. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a safe space.

Hi! I’m Kristen - RMT and student of osteopathy. I grew up playing ice hockey competitively. Yoga and manual therapy helped me offset the physical demands of sport. After losing my title as “varsity athlete,” these practices became vehicles for internal observation, helping me rediscover my sense of self.

I pursued yoga teacher training and became certified with Yoga Alliance in 2015. Through yoga, I uncovered my calling to connect through touch. I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and became a registrant (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia in 2020. I’m currently a third year student at the Canadian School of Osteopathy.

What grounds me? My philosophy is to inhabit reality with elevated curiosity. I feel most at home on mountaintops. I prioritize play. I crave movement - biking, hiking, skiing, you name it. I practice stillness daily. My greatest vice is a jar of peanut butter. I’m a word nerd. I love solving puzzles. I’m a lifelong learner and unlearner. I relish 1:1 conversations - the deep ones that feel like therapy sessions. I’m mother to a toddler and pup who remind me to seek joy and practice patience daily.
